Hi! My name is Giulia (pronounced Julia) and I am the owner of Giulia Grace Beauty. I am a licensed cosmetologist, certified MUA, and sanitation specialist with 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. My passion for this field began during my early years in cosmetology school, where I discovered my love for makeup artistry. I worked in salons doing hair and the occasional wedding, and I also worked on the wig and makeup crew at The Detroit Opera House.
In 2019, I began my journey as a bridal makeup artist, and since then, I've dedicated myself to understanding and working with all skin types, colors, and tones. In 2021 I attended Multimedia Makeup Academy to enhance my knowledge in makeup artistry. I pride myself on my adaptability and my ability to provide every bride with the look of their dreams. I specialize in airbrush makeup, soft glam, and minimal makeup looks, but my extensive experience allows me to customize each look to suit my clients individuality. Making someone feel beautiful on their special day brings me so much joy, and I am committed to delivering exceptional service to all my clients.

I adore spending time in botanical gardens its where I feel most at peace. I love butterflies, flowers, nature, plants. I have 40 house plants and love taking care of them! I even have some rare plants that I've collected.
It is my goal to visit as many botanical gardens, plant conservatories and butterfly houses as possible! So far I have been to Grand Rapids, Columbus, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, and many more! My favorite so far is Atlanta Botanical Garden's Orchid Room. Did you know that vanilla comes from Orchids? Imagine the sensory bliss. I would live in there if I could! (although its funny because I cannot keep an orchid alive at my house for the life of me)
I am a coffee connoisseur and have been a barista for 10 years while getting through school and supporting starting my business. I am Italian so naturally I am made of espresso and nutella.
I've been an artist since I was young- painting and digital art are my forever loves. My passion for art brought me to work an art internship in Telluride, Colorado for a summer and thats when I fell head over heels for mountains and nature. Photography is my current favorite hobby!
