Hi! My name is Giulia (pronounced Julia) and I am the owner of Giulia Grace Beauty. I am a licensed cosmetologist, certified MUA, and sanitation specialist with 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry. My passion for this field began during my early years in cosmetology school, where I discovered my love for makeup artistry. I've always loved expressing myself through makeup and art, painting being my earliest form of expression. I worked in salons doing hair and the occasional wedding makeup, and I also worked on the wig and makeup crew at The Detroit Opera House. When I decided cuts & color wasn't for me, I decided to lean into a passion that combines both art & beauty- makeup! 

In 2019, I began my journey as a bridal makeup artist and started working for teams to begin understanding how to bring the best level of service on a wedding day. I worked for teams who's style ranged from natural to full glam, and everything in between. Each year it has been my goal to learn every style, every shade, every skin type, and just recently I began fine tuning the style that really hits home- natural & effortless makeup! Inspired by celebrities like Margot Robbie, Maude Apatow, Hailey Bieber, and Lucy Hale, I admire the natural and glowy red carpet looks. With a passion for no-makeup makeup & natural glams, also comes a great responsibility of skincare knowledge! It is always my goal to help bride's prepare their skin for these gorgeous skin focused looks. 

Aside from makeup, I truly love connecting with people on such happy wedding days. Witnessing love stories every day that I work makes me feel like I work in a fairy tale, and I am so honored each day I get to be a part of wedding day glam.
