frequently asked questions

What is giulia grace's makeup style?

My artistry centers around two refined, skin-focused approaches: both thoughtfully tailored to your unique features and personal preferences.

Clean & Polished (Natural) is fresh, radiant, and timeless. Think luminous skin, soft definition, and beautifully minimal details that enhance your natural beauty without feeling overdone.

Elevated & Defined (Soft Glam) maintains a skin-first philosophy while incorporating added depth and intentional detail. Expect enhanced eyes and cheeks, seamless sculpting, and glowing, angelic skin that still feels effortless and true to you.

how far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking as early as possible most brides reserve their wedding date 9 to 18 months in advance. Popular dates (especially Saturdays May-October) book up quickly, and I only take one wedding per day to ensure a high-touch, fully personalized experience. If you’re considering working together, I’d love to hear from you early in your planning process to secure your date!

How Do I secure My Date?

To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and a 30% retainer are required. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it secures your date on my calendar and ensures my full availability for your wedding morning. Once everything is complete, your date is officially booked and we can begin planning all the beautiful details for your makeup together!

can i make changes to my party size after booking?

To ensure a seamless and carefully planned wedding morning, the package and party size outlined in your contract are finalized at the time of booking. Because your timeline, reserved hours, and date are secured specifically for your event, reductions or changes to the contracted services are not permitted.

If you’d like to add services, I’m always happy to accommodate when availability allows.

can i book a bridal preview before signing the contract?

Bridal Previews are in-depth and reserved for booked brides only, but I'd be happy to showcase my artistry through a regular makeup appointment! These are held in-studio and will include a mini-consultation and review of your inspiration. This will not guarantee availability for your wedding date or a guaranteed package pricing.

Do you have a service minimum/maximum?

I require a service minimum of $900 for wedding day bookings. I can accommodate up to six services to ensure each person receives my full attention and a calm, unrushed experience.

If you’re planning for a larger bridal party or have a shorter timeline, I’m happy to provide a trusted referral list of artists who can support your additional guests.

what's included in each makeup application?

The bride's makeup application includes hand applied foundation, false lashes (strips, clusters, or individuals), skin prep, under-eye masks, an ice globe face massage, and a touch up bag with blotting sheets, a lipstick touch up, a puff, and a sponge. The bridal party makeup applications include hand applied foundation, false lashes (strips, clusters, or individuals), and a touch up bag with blotting sheets, a lipstick touch up, a puff, and a sponge.

Do you do airbrush makeup?

While I spent the past 11 years airbrushing makeup, I will no longer be offering it in 2026. The more I fine tune the makeup style that I love, the more I realized I wasn't reaching for it. Airbrush foundation lines are falling behind and lacking inclusive, reliable formulas and I believe my applications look airbrushed and have better longevity than the tool itself.

what if i have sensitive skin or allergies?

You’re in good hands! I take extra care with clients who have sensitive skin, allergies, or ingredient concerns. During your bridal preview, we’ll go over any specific sensitivities, and I’ll tailor your product selection to ensure everything is comfortable and safe for your skin. I use high-quality, tested products and am always happy to patch test or adjust formulas as needed- you’ll never be rushed or pushed into anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

what products do you use?

I use high-end, professional products chosen for long wear, photo-readiness, and skin comfort. Some brands include Armani Beauty, Danessa Myricks, Natasha Denona, Face Atelier, Graftobian, Kryolan, etc. I adjust selections based on skin type and personal needs.
